I use RetroArch's bsnes-mercury for 99% of my SNES games and bsnes-hd for for the few games that have widescreen hacks.

The real PS4 emulators barely run tech demos right now. PS1/N64 and older use Retroarch. It's easy to use with cores and once setup it's a good interface. PS2 - PCSX2/Retroarch.
