Gex is a platformer video game series, developed by Crystal Dynamics, that details the adventures of an anthropomorphic gecko named Gex. He has served as the mascot of Crystal Dynamics, appearing on their company logo for several years up until the year 2000.

Gex is a side-scrolling platformer that follows the title character Gex, an anthropomorphic, television-obsessed gecko who must travel through the "media dimension" and defeat the game's antagonist, Rez.

The Gex series of video games began in 1994 when the first game, simply titled Gex, was released for the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer gaming console by Panasonic. The game was later released for the PlayStation, Sega Saturn, and Microsoft Windows.
