2022年2月28日 · GRF is basically 12 hours shifts from 8am-8pm the first day, then next day 8pm-8am. You get the remaining day + the next day as offs (S1 S2 1st off 2nd off cycle) and there's something called IRT week but I don't believe it's been rolled out to every division yet so just stick to the shift cycle I told ya.
