يوفر برنامج " منفعة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة" دعمًا ماليًا شهريًا للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في سلطنة عُمان ممن تتطلب حالاتهم الرعاية والدعم، للتغلب على تحديات الإعاقة، سواء كانت أسباب الإعاقة منذ الولادة أو نتيجة لعارض متأخر، كما تستهدف هذه المنفعة الفئات التي تطلب الدعم والرعاية نتيجة للأمراض المستعصية في مراحل متقدمة.
