Dec 3, 2020 · Noveske’s 18” SPR barrel is a stainless-steel barrel that has a medium contour and a 0.750” diameter gas block journal. The gas block journal for this barrel is designed for Noveske’s low profile gas block and the journal is only one inch in length; standard length gas blocks will not work with this barrel.

Mar 4, 2017 · I'm looking for a scope recommendation for an 18" AR15 SPR I built. It will mostly be used for shooting steel at 100-300 yards and occasionally at 600 yards. I have a 16" Recce with an Aimpoint for run and gun, so I thought maybe a 2-10 type scope would be best, but I'd listen to arguments for 1-6/8 or 3-15 if anyone has them.

Nov 24, 2021 · I just used a White Oak SPR 18" barrel to win 1st Overall at the Quantified Performance Bill Guesman Memorial Match. Targets from 150-1050 yards, and beat all other shooters, including those running large frame 6.5cm, JPs, KACs, etc. My barrels have run 69 SMK, 77 SMK, and 77 Berger OTMs fantastically, with regular accuracy <0.5 MOA.

Oct 14, 2022 · On my SPR right now I have an Athon Helos BTR Gen 2 2-12x42 mostly because I wanted a "smaller" scope, I normally avoid CCP funded equipment but I bought this to review against another scope and loved it so much for the price decided to keep it as it has surprisingly good glass for the price, time will tell how well it will hold up over time.

Feb 11, 2019 · Have a 16 and 18(SPR) in 5.56, a 9.5 300BO, and just got a 20" heavy fluted 6.5 CM Barrel. All of the above have performed beautifully. Counting mine, I've put together 2 guns with their 18" and both printed consistently around 1/2" at 100 yards shooting the same ammo from the same position on the same day, sandbagged to hell.
