2017年7月8日 · Moving critters and reg EER scope.....pops had a SRH w Burris 1-4X. It shot very well so I took it hunting. And after a week (no shots taken) took that friggin' scope off. Ended up popping a deer past 100 iron sights. Think a Burris FF in one of the scallops/slots would make that a perfect woods gun for old eyes.

2025年3月7日 · We were buying Tilamook brand for a long time. It's a better brand out west. We tried Walmart's store brand six months ago, and it's prtty darned good. Their Pepper Jack is actually better than Tilamook's and 20-25% cheaper. Buy good cheese and a decent knife. Problem solved.

2001年9月11日 · I have a SRH 7.5” and when I tried 300gr. Xtp mags loaded to max the cases stuck in the cyl. But all the other bullets I’ve tried with max loads (Speer, Sierra, CP) worked fine.

2023年9月22日 · Roze Distribution sells Zero brand bullets (online). One of their offerings is a "44 caliber" jacketed softpoint bullet which weighs 240 grains, AND is the fattest diameter on the market at 0.431". It really helped my Marlin 1894 44 mag carbine (slugged to measure a groove diameter of 0.4315").

2024年7月23日 · I’ve always used the Dukes because that’s usually what’s available locally at the farm stores. Is there much difference from one brand to another? I’m down to my last 3 and considering ordering a dozen from somewhere. I was looking at the Ztrap brand … they feature a push/pull style trigger which I thought might be nice.

2025年3月5日 · Plantation Original Dark Double Aged rum is a very good bottle for ~$25. I don't know how they do it for the price, they age it, send it to France and age it some more.

2025年3月4日 · Got a 2016 brand new platinum for over $60k. Needed cam phasers/timing chains, etc at 100k. AC compressor and waterpump also had slow leaks at that time. Also had some sort of intermittent Turbo issue.Total repairs would have been $8-12K. Traded for pennies on a toyota instead of repairing.

And you can probably resell it for what you paid for it when you finally figure out that there is a different bike that suits you much better than the entry level model you settled for because you just didn't have enough experience to know which one to choose to start out. So resist the urge to buy brand new.
