I have sp65196 (VERSION: 6.10.6498.0 REV: B), it runs fine on my computer but "FN+B" does change sound quality while playing media, you have to close the media and restart it to hear the changes made.

Quite likely the Sound Blaster drivers, Realtek sound drivers, IDT HP sound drivers, DTS Sound, or Windows Media Player 12 which the About > Info says parts are by SRS Labs. DTS acquired SRS Labs in 2012. I would not use Revo on this, that may result in sabotage.

2020年8月5日 · PS A funny thing - on my old PC I had installed a Delock USB Sound Box 7.1 which had with the driver a nice sound mixer and control panel from Cmedia. That was Win 10 Pro 2004. Shifting it to this new PC Win 10 Home 2004 loading the driver does not get that mixer!!! Very weird, but that sort of thing seems to happen all the time nowadays!
