both of my 3.0 USB ss ports are not working ! How can I fix?

2022年10月9日 · Now I have changed the casing which have an additional port USB 3.0. I have connected the SS-USB of the motherboard with the USB 3.0 port with the connecting cable provided along with the casing. The connecting cable is of 9 pin female connector which matches perfectly with the SS-USB (blue color) on the motherboard. But this is not working.

Does the cord fit USB port on other side ? They are difference BUT physically they will fit. You can use USB 2.0 cord/cable on USB 3.0 port (it fits perfectly) but you can only get USB 2.0 speed. Regards.
