2019年2月8日 · The SS190 is considered AP ammo by FN and although available at times for civilians through less than legal means, you are going to pay anywhere between $200 and $250 a box of 50. SS190 is only sold to the Military and Law Enforcement on a Department Letter Head. FN restricts this ammo, not the ATF.

2016年2月7日 · That is the reason that you can not buy SS190. There are several places that occasionally sell pulled SS190 bullets, and if you load your own, you can essentially create your own SS190. I picked up 500 last year for about $120, so the cost is much less than what SS190 sells for on gunbroker when it comes up.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police Academy forensics laboratory tested SS190 fired out of a P90 into 10% ordnance gelatin, 10% gelatin covered with heavy clothing, and 10% gelatin covered with Level II soft armor.
