2021年12月19日 · Xeno Goku managed to defeat Demigra (who's atleast Multiversal+) in Base. Plus he has Reality warping and hax on a much higher scale than anyone from Super. Super doesn't even have the cosmology required to allow Multiversal beings. Base Xeno Goku can easily stomp the entirety of Super.

Unfortunately, we don't know the specifics of base Goku's power in that movie. Is that just his raw base form, is it God ki enhanced, did stuff get retconned.
