2015年10月15日 · I have the SW99 in 40 cal and it has been nothing but reliable. The SW99 did have some growing pains when it was first released, but those were all taken care of. The SW99 should be just as reliable as the Walther.

2010年2月10日 · The SW99 series guns used a longer slide stop lever spring, requested by S&W, but I don't specifically know who made that spring for them. The slides and barrels used in the licensed S&W models are through hardened stainless steel which receive what I've been told is a vendor supplied version of the nitrocarburizing hardening process known as ...

sw99 as 40 cal - Smith & Wesson Forum
2010年2月15日 · Actually, the glock .357 sig mags and .40 cal mags are the same exact mag but with different stampings, all you need is the .357 sig barrel and either mag and you're fine; as most know, .357 sig is a .40 cal necked down to a 9mm, and size of the main body of both casings are identical, hence both mags working in either one's place.
SW99 backstrap - Smith & Wesson Forum
2020年11月2日 · I think you folks looking for SW99 back straps would be better off calling Walter and asking for P99 back straps, and it that fails you could probably use PPQ back straps. SW99 conversion question - smith-wessonforum.com
2010年7月24日 · There have been barrels made to shoot 9mm from 40S&W guns, but the breechface is larger in the slide of a 40. Most external extractors will hold the 9mm cases and for range use it's probably OK but I wouldn't bet my life on one. 40 ammo has been running $2-3 box more than 9 in my area, so you would need to run a couple thousand rounds before you …
