1984 TL125/240/320/350 Jumbo. Big changes for all 3 disc valve models in 84. The motor, carb, airbox and exhaust system from the previous years bike was slotted into the updated Jumbo chassis. This had minor improvements over the original model, which included new 38mm Betor forks and a blue, rather than black, seat.

Based in Milan, Piero Sironi and Fausto Vergani produced competition off-road motorcycles from 1971 to 1984.

SWM was founded in 1971 as a manufacturer specialised in the production of enduro, motocross and trial bikes. Among its most successful models were the Rotax TL125 and TL320 manufactured from 1977. The TF1 125 also had great success, winning the Spanish enduro championship in 1980.

At the end of 1972, Honda launched the TL125, known in Japan as the name of BIALS. Engine used for it was the 121,9cc (54 X 49,5mm) two valve sohc from the Honda SL125 model, lowering its compression from 9:5 to 8:1
