Sabre is a variation of the Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance (Tracked), featuring the turret from a wheeled Fox Armoured Reconnaissance Vehicle mounted on the hull of a tracked FV101 Scorpion.

The Sabre is a Tier 6 special premium Armored Fighting Vehicle under Marat Shishkin 's dealership. Combining the turret from the Fox reconnaissance vehicle and the hull from the Scorpion Light Tank produced the Sabre. There are two theories on why the Scorpion was retired.

The thermal camera is mounted on the right side of the mantlet so that it is coaxial with the 76 mm gun. This can be used for reconnaissance and fire control purposes under day and night conditions. Roof mounted Sabre day/night sights can be fitted.
