Are Sage EBR Chassis Worth the Money? - M14 Forum
2015年11月22日 · I build a Sage EBR a few years ago, maybe a little longer. I used a Bush rifle as the base. I worked pretty much as advertised, had accuracy issues to work out and some other stuff. All in all a pretty good stock. However when all was said and done, it was too darn heavy and I was too darn old or a combination thereof.
Sage EBR builds and optic mounting solutions - M14 Forum
2012年3月28日 · The Army EBR builds are all black, and have a 22'' inch barrel instead of the 18'' used on Navy and USAF builds. The biggest thing to consider on choosing rings is clearing the rear sight. This is a bigger concern on mounts like the stripper clip sight base as compared to the cantilever bases like the Larue or Sage, where the scope is higher up ...
Looking At My SAGE EBR Build! - M14 Forum
2024年12月11日 · Took my SAGE EBR Build along and had Humble Pie for Lunch! Found three areas that needed addressing. The Headspace was good and passed the go/no go gauges but Tony had the individual gauges that actually give you a number. My Headspace was minimal which was fine but left no room for any error, which could include crummy ammo, dirt, …
Sage EMR or EBR stocks, whats the difference? - M14 Forum
2013年9月21日 · Buying a Sage ALCS and a second top cover will give you the ability to run the chassis in either the M39 EMR or Mk 14 EBR-style configuration. 2023年2月5日 · Hi Guys, My Springfield M1a Scout Squad is in and so is my Sage EBR with the Magpul Sga Mossberg stock. I haven't fired the M1a yet or had the EBR installed yet. I'm still undecided if I will put a Red Dot or an optic on it. If I put an optic on it the Steiner 6txi 2.5-15X50 or a Nightforce NX8...
So cheek risers are allowed now for M14's and so are SAGE EBR …
2024年3月4日 · • The M14 E2 stock and the Sage International Aluminum Chassis stock as used on the M14 EBR are permitted. • The hinged butt plate may only be used in the folded position. I read that rule a little differently. I think this fixed leather cheek pad is legal, as it is not "moveable" or "adjustable" per se.

2019年4月9日 · At the end of day it is your choice. I have an Sage EBR and does bring out the potential accuracy of your rifle, does not necessarily make it a tack driver, other variables come into play such as the potential of the barrel you are using. My go to m1a, Wolfe 18” barrel and fiberglass stock... about 3 pounds lighter than my EBR.
