On the hoist side of the flag, there is an Ajrak, a pattern which is native to Sindh. In the middle is a green/ blue strip (Blue represents the Indus River, while green represents fertility due to the Indus). On the right hand side, we have the flag of the Samma dynasty, a dynasty which ruled Sindh a long time ago.
