It's a joke-ish reply that you tell someone who's enjoying/being grateful about something, but you can't relate/you got jealous/you got speechless from drooling and can't find the right words to say, so you'll jokingly reply, "Sana all / Sanaol." It's wishing for every human being to experience what that person is experiencing—including you!

2020年10月22日 · "Sana all" roots back to a phrase that gays use, "sana lahat(all)". I think its used when you are a bit jealous of what you see from others. Most common example is when you are single and then you see a sweet post from someone with their couple, you say "sana all". Its like you're hoping that "all" can post a something sweet with their couple also.

2022年5月29日 · Funnily enough there's a kind of euphemistic redirecting of the meaning to make the speaker not look bad - using the word all transforms the connotation of 'damn I'm jealous of you' to 'damn you're gonna make people jealous'. ex. Sanaol may bagong sapatos! If only everyone had new shoes! (actually means "I wish I had new shoes too…")
