2024年12月1日 · XOS was efficiently produced from xylan in bamboo by LA and xylanase hydrolysis. A high XOS yield of 64.1 % was achieved after xylanase hydrolysis of LA hydrolysate. Xylanase hydrolysis increased X2 + X3 yield from 17.3 % to 58.4 %. The proportion of X2 + X3 in XOS was as high as 91.0 %.
