Rikido Sato (砂 さ 藤 とう 力 りき 道 どう Satō Rikidō?), also known as the Sweets Hero: Sugarman (甘 かん 味 み ヒーロー シュガーマン Kanmi Hīrō Shugā Man?), was a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Hero.

Rikido chooses Sweet Taste Hero: Sugar Man as his hero name. Two days after the Sports Festival, Rikido is in class. During the Hero Informatics period, Class 1-A has to decide on Hero Names.

Sugar Rush (シュガードープ Shugā Dōpu?) is the Quirk used by Rikido Sato. Rikido eating various sweets in order to power up. Sugar Rush allows the user to multiply their strength five-fold for three minutes for every ten grams of sugar they ingest. Rikido must consume the required sugar quantities for his Quirk to be activated in the first place.
