I have gotten a dark whelp, a dazzling longsword (purple), a necklace of Calisea (blue) and a few greens. All in all they helped me level up from 43 to 46 with ease and a good gold earning from the auction house.

They have very low health (1500ish), pathetic damage (100 damage fireballs with a long cast), and are spaced out enough to pace yourself but close enough to keep the exp flowing nicely.
