2016年12月8日 · 24/7 I see that GOC is more powerful. From the top of my head GOC know more and registered many aspects about SCP-2490, while Foundation slaking. Also they experienced at deleting Green type, so they pretty common to fight when everything is fucked up. And they have better military.

2019年4月14日 · SCP = Secure. Contain. Protect. So the SCP Foundation might be powerful but the CI can tame SCPS. The SCP Foundation is known better for its containment whilst the CI try's to steal the SCPS to use them for power. So if the CI got SCP-682 were all fucked pretty much. And if the SCP foundation keeps em, well then good job Foundation.
