Personnel are required to become familiar with and follow the guidelines and policies in the TeleStaff User Manual (computer system access), this Staffing Policy Manual, and the TeleStaff Reference Guide (telephone system access). All personnel are responsible for scheduling their own leaves in TeleStaff except as noted below.
