Review - My Impressions Of The Sebenza 31 | BladeForums.com
Jul 5, 2016 · I recently purchased a Small Sebenza 31 and have been very much enjoying it as my regular carry knife for the last couple weeks. I was carrying a Small Sebenza 21 beforehand, so it didn't take me long to notice differences between the 21 and 31. I was aware of most before purchasing, but some I didn't notice until days after having both knives.
A look at Sebenza design changes through the years
May 23, 2008 · Eventually I’ll do a video comparison. I’ve already done some videos with the Regular, Classic MM, & 21 but recently added an original Sebenza to my collection. Examples shown here range from manufacture dates of 1995 (Original Sebenza) to 2017 (Sebenza 21 Red Micarta). I might add some images and information here over time.
What are the Competitors to the Chris Reeve SEBENZA? Are there …
Oct 26, 2001 · What I am wanting to know is what other folders out there would be considered competitors to the large SEBENZA. Folders of the same quality and workmanship, size and price. I like bigger blades. Maybe competitors is the wrong word. I guess a better way to phrase it would be knives that are thought of and looked at like the SEBENZA is.
sebenza 21 vs umnumzaan - BladeForums.com
Oct 5, 2018 · The super quiet action of the Umnumzaan is in sharp contrast to the loud clink-clank of the large Sebenza. In fairness I only have a Damascus Sebenza so maybe that somehow contributes to the clanky feel of the Sebenza deployment? I ended up removing my Umnumzaan clip that sits right on the edge vs. off a few mm in the Sebenza.
Sebenza or Inkosi??? - BladeForums.com
Mar 23, 2016 · The Sebenza is a classic, has a pivot bushing, simple 1 tool take take down and comes in many different flavors. The Inkosi is modernized with finger grooves, adjustable pivot and very easy reassembly.
Sebenza Large or Small? - BladeForums.com
Jan 20, 2017 · If the 0450 and miniGrip are your size, the small Sebenza will fit right in. Even though the closed length of the Small is about a half inch less than the 0450, usable grip space is about the same. The 0450 has a bit longer blade, but the Small is a way better cutter due to grind. I really think the Small Sebenza is miraculous engineering.
So here are my (practical) thoughts about Sebenza MagnaCut
Mar 27, 2000 · For the record: this Sebenza was heat treated to 62 HRC, but Tim told me they plan to go slightly higher to 63-64 HRC. Should be interesting Should be interesting I can say I really checked well how good it is at cutting / edge retention , especially compared to S35VN, S45VN, Elmax, LC200N, and m390.
Sebenza 21 vs Sebenza 31 - BladeForums.com
Jul 27, 2019 · As I understand it the Sebenza was a Chris Reeve design, the 31 is a Reeve corporate design, so I'd go 21. One man's vision in your hand. Reactions: zxcvbnm , Nielsenb , Leslie Tomville and 3 others
Review - Sebenza 31 - BladeForums.com
Dec 21, 2019 · I have two Sebenza 21s that are each seven years old, and I’ve carried and used them for seven years. They both don’t require any Loctite; you screw it down and forget about it. They both have a bank vault lockup that CRK advertises, no up and down or side-to-side play, they don’t have any lock stick whatsoever, and the pocket clips are ...
What's so great about the Sebenza? | BladeForums.com
Dec 23, 2008 · In my experience, the Sebenza is probably the best thing I have in its given class. If something is worth the money, you know it right away. I knew the Sebenza was top notch as soon as I received it. Much like my Surefire M6, the quality is immediately tangible. The M6 is a best-in-class type item too, but the Sebenza you can use every day.
