The upgrade was supposed to contain a Lockheed-Martin Real3D GPU and possibly a PowerPC CPU, giving the Saturn better-than-MODEL 2-arcade capabilities, even a decent fraction of Model-3, perhaps as much as 50%.

2010年2月18日 · I'm having a problem with my model 1 Sega Saturn that I did not experience in my model 2. When I start up the system, it says "disc tray open" although it is closed. Now, I can get it to work by applying a moderate amount of pressure to the lid. I usually do this by putting a case of CD-R's on top of the lid. However, this shouldn't be happening.

2003年5月25日 · I have been offered a Sega Megadrive "Chair controller" for £30 plus shipping (that's about $50 plus shipping). I am very tempted, as these things are very rare. If you haven't seen one, it is basically a chair with extended arms which have buttons on the end. I'm not quite sure how it all works.
