Queen Bouncelia ' scepter is a powerful scepter that is divided into 3 parts. In Garten of Banban VI, The Player, along with Sheriff Toadster and Bittergiggle complete a series of tasks to get the scepter, when they finally unlocked the Scepter Room they find that a piece of it was taken by Syringeon before being attacked by Sir Dadadoo.

Scepter Capturing is a final event in Garten of Banban VI. After the escape of the Naughty ones the player sets out on a mission to find all 4 buttons on floor -5 which all must be activated to open a door to the Scepter room. In the Scepter Room there is a chest containing The Scepter.

Case 14, also known as Queen Bouncelia and the Queen , is a mascot of Banban's Family and ruler of the Kingdom. She is very close to Sheriff Toadster after taking him in when he was abandoned by the Kindergarten; similar to all other member of the Kingdom including herself. She allows him to capture 'criminals' and hold them in her kingdom.
