The Center for Nuclear Receptors and Cell Signaling occupies 30,565 sq. ft. in the Science and Engineering Research Center (SERC), with open laboratory space designed to facilitate and enhance collaboration and cross-disciplinary research.

Housed in the Science and Engineering Research Center (SERC) building, and Health and Biomedical Buildings 1 and 2, the Biomedical Engineering facilities are modern with state-of-the-art research laboratories and research equipment. Visit us and see some of our premier facilities.

Located in Engineering Building 1, the Science and Engineering Research Center (SERC) and in the newly constructed Agrawal Engineering Research Building (AERB), our faculty have built state-of-the-art research laboratories. We invite you to explore some of our exceptional research facilities and laboratories.

On campus, NSM activities occur in the following facilities: The SERC/SEC complex includes a 550-seat auditorium. The research building features five floors with state-of-the art research labs and a high-tech clean room. The Science Teaching Laboratory Building houses undergraduate biology and chemistry teaching labs on the first three floors.

Her current studies include 1) the regulatory role of tumor oncogenic signaling pathways in modulating T-cell mediated antitumor immune response, in particular the PI3K pathway; 2) the impact of deregulated metabolic pathway in tumor on immune resistance; 3) the signaling pathways controlling T-cell proliferation, survival, and tumor trafficking.

The Science and Engineering Research Center (SERC) building is home to the materials research laboratory for Civil and Environmental Engineering, the Clean Room Core Facility, and the Biomedical Engineering (BME) Department.
