This is a basic Rockchip SoC (System-On-a-Chip) with unknown specs (since the seller/manufacturer don't want to reveal their secrets they keep this hidden from consumers). What this is, is a re-branded Android TV box at a price 15x more than it should be. Yes, FIFTEEN times.

Netflix for instance transmits at HD (1080p) or 4K depending on the level of service you pay for. Having a 4K TV and feeding it only 702p isn't going to look any better if you are watching through a HD or UHD TV.
