Yes, when you draw a rectangle in AI the 4 corners will act exactly the same as if you drew a rectangle with the pen tool.

2016年1月11日 · If it's on it's own layer, you can double click the layer thumbnail, just like any shape layer. You can also select the shape and select one of the Shape related tools: Path selection tool, for example.

Different answers will work here; here's something I did in a matter of about a minute. Select the Polygon Tool (Click and hold the Rectangle Tool in the Tools palette if you're not sure how to get it) and click on the canvas; give a 20px radius and 6 sides and press Enter.
