2025年1月21日 · Based on the appearance of Puka, a surfing Pikachu which appeared in the anime episode "The Pi-Kahuna", as well as the apperance of Alolan Raichu. Their eyes are blue rather than black, with their ears being slightly larger and brown-tipped. Their tail also has a swirl pattern on it. The shiny changes the eyes to be a light blue.
