Tappy Toes is quite an obvious rip-off of Happy Feet with the difference being that now the penguin is learning how to dance and has to fight against evil sea lions. I'm sure they're working very hard making the new Shrek 5 but I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to totally change the animation style into what seems to be like a fan made or cheap knock off of Shrek.
