2013年12月5日 · The Shure 1840 is mildly analytical, has nice bass., tho not a huge low end. Vocals sound good without being too forward. Cymbals, drums, acoustic guitars, sound natural and present. Treble is quite present. The soundstage is all around you, vs being in your face or only in the front. Instrument separation, dynamics and resolution, are all good.

Shure M75. by thorenstd125_2022. The M75ED is a lovely, easy sounding cartridge. Excellent tracking ability. A little bass-heavy and lacking in sparkle, but it wasn't a particularly expensive cartridge in its day. Very popular choice in the 1970s. by rorenoren. The Shure M75 and the M91 are very similar cartridges. They share the same generator, so if it weren't for cosmetic differences the styli would be intercheageable. Since NOS styli are currently almost impossible to find, these differences don't really matter anymore.
