Ones that die during the Singularity acquire the fate of early death and go under at nearest convenient occasion after Singularity resolves (history finds a way to work around that anyway and it makes no noticeable impact on the larger picture), but rest return to their lives unmolested.

If Siduri's second skill doesn't buff her then you could probably get away with an np gen stat of around 0.8%, if it does buff her then you probably want to go a little lower because of the 3/5 turns uptime on that skill.
