2023年5月24日 · I don’t think the modx9 is comparable to the wolfman or obsidian at all. Those are both rifle/sub gun cans that work on pistols. Sig’s offering is a true pistol can and significantly lighter than both and much smaller diameter than the Wolfman. No experience with my modx9 yet, hoping to certify and start the long wait this week.

I've heard the army has some weird political fetish for sig right now and that's why they keep picking sig stuff over better brands. Don't know if that's true or not, just what people are saying. But I figure the modx9 must at least work decently to get selected by SOCOM.

2020年6月24日 · I took this photo of the Sig MODX9 in January of 2019 at SHOT that year. Still not here. I'm probably gonna hold out for the Q Erector-9, honestly. We'll see. PEW Science will definitely test both, regardless. This thing is 3D printed like Sig's new rifle silencers... we'll see what they could do with that.

2022年4月28日 · Plan on running it on a Sig MPX Copperhead (K) PMPX-4B-CH Figure if I go the DA Wolfman route I would probably go Tri-Lug. SilencerShop has the DAs. Sig Modx-9 is available at my LGS, could do direct screw onto the barrel since it will come with correct thread.

2020年12月9日 · Holy cow, Sig! That is awesome. I think that looks really nice, too. I think my biggest knock against the Erector was I am just not a tan and blue kinda guy. I wonder, since KB was there before starting Q, if this is a hang over from those years ago.

2024年5月10日 · Just trying to get a feel here. I know a lot of people say get the Wolfman, a lot say the MODX-9. I live in NH, really close to the SIG Flagstore/academy. By means of being a elite member and also knowing the guys there I ordered a MODX-9 for about $740ish. They are out of stuck of either by this weekend or July.

2023年12月23日 · I’m currently using a Sig ModX9 suppressor with both my MPX and P226. I understand the necessity of the booster spring for the P226 handgun. However, I’m wondering if it’s possible to use the ModX9 on the MPX with the booster still installed, instead of switching to the fixed spacer each time.
