I tamed Skoll over 2 months ago in the Bor's Breath spawn point and can tell you that Skoll will respawn at 45,65 around 1140pm the following day. Taming all the spirit beasts, I have discovered that it takes approx. 20 mins for the corpse to fade away so you add that time to the time you killed/tamed it.
