2025年1月18日 · @bazinbury the speed checker Sky use to test fibre spedds is known to under record so the speeds to your hub is probably higher than 640Mb/s - this came to light on my own connection which gets reported at 350Mb/s at a time when I can get 500Mb/s on a device. Sky know this is an issue of thecway their software runs the test..

2025年1月12日 · I have Sky Full Fibre 150. Broadband speed extremely slow, pictures on mobile sometimes loading slowly, facetime connection poor, Smart Tv app could be slow . Yesterday decided to phone Sky advisor as broadband speed was minimum 63.2 Mb/s amd maximum 83.3 Mb/s but nothing changed. Today checked again speed is 89.5 Mb/s. later it was 75 Mb/s .

2025年1月6日 · Sky max booster pod in bedroom at back of the house is only getting 30-40mps and down stairs by the router its 700/800+. I have connected an enthernet cable to the pod and then to my PC but not any quicker.

2024年3月9日 · Spoke to sky and advised to reset modem with success. However noticed broadband extremely slow (online test shows 4-6mps and speed test on upstairs boaster (20mps). Modem is not losing the 4 green lights. Have run and rerun sky app test my connection without issues. However the speed is not like it normally is and defiantly something a miss.

2025年3月15日 · If the speed is below that figure it should offer further help including booking an engineer. You can also call Sky but the service checker is quicker and easier. If that looks ok the speed issue is likely to be slow wifi tomyour device in your home which usnt covered by the same guarantee as it out of Sky's control.
