2021年6月8日 · This trail takes you to the summit of Sliabh na mBan (Slievenamon) where you have spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. This is a steep and rough trail, with a continuous climb, but well worth it for the views. It can be quite a challenging slope and is used a lot by mountain runners for training.

The view from its summit is one of great extent and much beauty, with a diversity of mountain and valley, river and wood but except for the view, it has not much to offer to the climber except a fine walk.
