2020年9月23日 · I just finished my third CT challenge, here's what I did and the results. First Challenge- 25 day Slim thigh Challenge. Thoughts: A good program to start if you are fairly new to exercising (I'd only started exercising regularly 6 months before). I really enjoyed the videos, and got great results! Took a 3 day break before second challenge.
