Personally, after I finished exploring the labyrinth I found an easy way to get 75+ every run through of the labyrinth. My techniques: ALWAYS get as close as soon as possible and focus on ONE slime you can trap against a wall if possible.

I usually bring a tank of chickens and unloading them on the shadow slimes. you can use something like snowballs but I find them harder to aim, and with chickens or other items, the shadow slimes can produce extra plorts just by touching what you've already shot out. It is very grindy, you need about 1000 shadow plorts to to open everything.
