Even after the system is functioning more normally, it is still slower than before the update. Emails take a few seconds longer to open up. Files take longer to open. Chrome tabs take longer to show. I've checked Task Manager. My CPU is at less than 10% and my RAM at 59% with apps open. Hard disk doesn't show a lot of activity.

It came installed on my brand new gaming laptop, and honestly the changes are unbelievably poor. So many unneccesary things (like the centered search bar and poor menu layout), and some that I honestly think have somehow hindered the processing speed.
