You can use the app to view your health information and see charts and graphs of your data over time. Health information captured in the SMHD app is automatically shared with your VA care team.

Share data from fitness devices such as a Fitbit or Apple Watch, apps like Apple Health or Google Fit, and Bluetooth-enabled devices such as weight scales and Accu-Chek glucometers. Share health data by category or choose to ‘allow all’ data. Review and discuss your data with your provider during your next visit.
