From the "Services" section of the SMOU app or the User Area on the website, go to the 'Bicing' section, select "My Bicing Card," and you will be able to activate your card, as well as reactivate it if you have previously blocked it.

You can change or add up to 3 cards within the app itself, under My Profile > Payment. You can also make changes in your user area on the SMOU website. From this section, you can also set one as default, which will be used for payments for tickets across all the services you use.

To start using the service: Activate it from the main menu, in the ‘Services’ section. Select your annual rate and make the online payment to complete your registration with 'Bicing'. You will be able to use 'Bicing' immediately, and you will receive the 'Bicing' card at your home in approximately 10 days.

When you purchase membership for Bicing you get a subscriber card, but you can actually use the service with your mobile phone if you download the Smou app. This app works for Bicing and other mobility services in Barcelona.
