2005年1月14日 · It appears LG has simply cranked up the sub-woofer response on new models compared to those of 2 years ago. The SN8YG bass response is exactly the same as the SK9Y except it is shelved up about 15dB. There is no real difference between the SN11RG & SN8YG in terms of frequency response. Both these models show huge peaks and dips in the bass.

2018年4月2日 · +1 for this...I love bass, and I am between the SN8YG and the Samsung 800T bars...both are brand new so new reviews out (i think the 800T isnt even out yet in the US) so I guess I will have to wait and see. Reading reviews on best buy of the 2019 LG bars, there is a huge instance of people saying the sub constantly loses connection with the bar.

2017年12月27日 · Picked up an sn8yg a few days ago and so far so good. Zero eARC issues on my cx, and no lipsync issues either. I wanted the SN9YG, but for my small basement would have been overkill. The SN8YG has been great so far. I was also looking at the sony g700, samsung q70t, and q70r. I couldnt find the q70r in stock anywhere so went with the lg.

2021年1月2日 · So far I am liking the SN8YG i got for my gaming system...however, I am encountering the intermittent sound cutoff. Only way to correct is to cycle power on the LG TV (which also cycles power for the soundbar). Xbox Series X ->LG C9 (HDMI1, 2.1 cable) ...LG C9 -> Soundbar(eARC).

2021年1月11日 · Hello everyone, I just got the LG CX and LG SN8YG over the holiday and I got an issue with eARC. I’m not sure if this is universal, but I playing xbox series X games with Dolby Atmos, the sound cut in and out. Games like Resident Evil 2 and 3 and Tomb Raider. The sound only randomly cut out while eARC is enabled through LG CX.

2020年10月31日 · The LG SN8YG however is 3.1.2 and comes with a subwoofer, but unfortunately for me I wont be using it as I live in an apartment! That should easily knock a few points off, degrade the audio and make the $699 CAD price tag kind of questionable unless I sell the subwoofer separately.
