I would suggest you to check for SnagIT application on Programs and features and check if it helps. 2023年4月2日 · I use SnagIt and after installing an update to Windows, the PrintScreen key would open the snipping tool instead of SnagIt. I followed the directions I found on another site (the same posted by the OP - uninstall the app, disable via group policy, disable via registry, disable via accessibility key setting), but nothing worked.

2023年2月13日 · Now Snagit has taken over the PRT SC button as default program. How do I set the PRT SC to use Faststone Capture as the default program? I have looked for Settings > Hotkeys, but all I found was Default Apps in Windows 11, and this only allows me to set default programs for filetypes.

Check in Programs and Features and see if it is still installed. Or use search and find SnagIt. If it has been removed after the upgrade it may not have been compatible try installing it again.

2016年9月2日 · Right click the image in C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\TechSmith\SnagIt\DataStore and go select SnagIt/Convert Image. I only used the wizard to convert a snag to a png, it looks like you can add filters and what not from there, but I did not experiment with it.
