I don't know what changes were made in it, but I know you couldn't update it until it was changed. The Solus, Modis and Verus all have a Scanner Module built in that communicates with the main PC board of the scanner. A Solus-Pro doesn't use a scanner module. The main computer board communicates directly with the car.
