2005年6月10日 · The interaction between the (1 0 0) surface of SnTe single crystal and molecular oxygen was studied by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Analysis of the obtained spectra shows that the mechanism of surface oxidation does not change in the range of oxygen exposure 10 8 –10 13 L.
