Skaar is the son of the Hulk and Caiera the Oldstrong, and Hiro-Kala twin brother. After Caiera's death, a cocoon containing Skaar fell into the lake of fire. After a period of time, Skaar emerged from the cocoon, appearing to be the age of a human boy.

But the biggest reveal in the Season 1 finale involves not Jen Walters, but her cousin Bruce. Hulk is back from the planet Sakaar, and he’s brought his son with him.

In the comics, Skaar is a son of Hulk and Caiera the Oldstrong, who was conceived when Hulk was stranded on Sakaar. He was exiled to Earth by his mother, where he attempted to kill Hulk and had altercations with the Fantastic Four.
