The Evaluation of Ohio’s State Opioid and Stimulant Response (SOS, formerly SOR) 3.0 & 4.0 Grant is funded by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS). The evaluation for SOS 3.0 & 4.0 is being overseen by the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC).
