Your APC can provide you with access to the application. Individuals who do not consent to a credit score check (soft pull), must complete all responses affirmatively on the Alternate Credit Worthiness Evaluation (DD Form 2883) to be issued a restricted card. You may upload your signed SOU and training completion certificate during this process.

Cardholders are responsible for providing a signed and certificate of SOU training to their APC upon initial card issuance, arrival and in- processing into a new organization and every three years thereafter.
