2008年12月9日 · I've used a few zip ties to repair my old skirts on the lure as the collar deteriorated away. It was easy to do, just pull it semi-tight around the skirt while it's on the bait and then snip off the old collar, slide the tie down in place exactly where the old collar used to be and then finish pulling it tight and clip off the excess tie.

I know there is a few companies that are making this type skirt now, but they don't make some colors I would love to have. I just hate dealing with the rubberbanded skirts 8-). 2013年4月6日 · OK, now that that is out of the way, in the past, with secchi reading of around a foot or less, my best spinnerbait option has been a half ounce single spin, chartruese head, chartreuse/purple skirt , white/chartruese BPS plastic trailer and a copper colorado blade ( slightly bigger than a quarter, less than a 50 cent piece).

2016年9月25日 · If you want ones you can change quickly, you can either buy the Terminator quick skirts, or Northland Tackle makes the same thing in their version. If i buy a spinnerbait off the shelf that has a regular skirt, I'll generally use it until the skirt falls apart, and then replace it with the quick change skirts.

2019年12月19日 · Academy Sports, Bass Pro, Cabelas & on line have decent selections of skirts to choose from. I prefer the ones that come all put together endnote the ones just held together by a rubber band. War Eagle has a good selection. Be aware that if you're buying pre-fab skirts to use on jigs you're going to have to trim some.

2009年7月24日 · I was wondering if anyone had a step by step guide/tutorial on how to replace the skirt on a spinnerbait, buzzbait, or jig. I am about to replace a few skirts on spinnerbaits, they are terminator spinnerbaits. I have had them a for a little bit and the skirts on them seem cheap and tend to tear easily when they are maneuvered around.
