SPOP is home to New York State’s only Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program exclusively for adults age 55 and older. This program is for adults who have an experience of serious mental illness .

SPOP’s mission is to enhance the quality of life of older adults and to foster their independent living through the delivery of comprehensive mental health and supportive services, advocacy and education.

SPOP currently offers telehealth appointments for individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication services. We use a HIPAA-compliant Zoom (video) platform that you can access using a smartphone or internet connection with a tablet, or a computer with a camera and microphone.
