Hi Matt, My name is***** bought this 2010 Mercedes sprinter 3.0L 642 with no start, the prior owner swap the engine with a newer 642. I have checked some of the suggestion you mentioned and I will check the rest on later time.

2013年7月11日 · If your Sprinter cranks but wont start: 1. Did you put gas in the tank instead of diesel? 2. If you have access to a DRB (Daimler scan tool) check fuel pressure. You must have at least 2500 PSI to start. 3. If no or low fuel pressure the nasty little culpret may be a 25 cent o-ring.

To manually override the start, we have this procedure: Turn the key on and wait 1 minute. Do this 3 times in a row and on the forth time you should be able to start it. Let me know also if there is a check engine light and if the counter did start at 12 starts remaining or not cause that would change the game.
